MEAG is part of the Munich Re Group and, at the same time, one of the most significant asset management companies in the world. We are looking for an intern (m/f/d) or a working student (m/f/d) to support our team starting in early September at our offices in Munich, where we will also require your support on site.

Please let us know whether you are looking for an internship or a working student position, and from when and to what extent you would be available to work with us.

Shape the future with us:

  • Supporting our fund managers in all activities related to real estate funds (primarily in the areas of performance analysis, property valuation, and financing tenders)
  • Assisting in the preparation of fund reporting, investor documents, and presentations, as well as contributing to special projects (mainly ESG and market research) and sales activities (e.g., preparation of marketing materials)

What you bring:

  • You are a student in a real estate-related or business/economics degree program, or another field with an interest in and initial knowledge of real estate
  • Interest in the European real estate market and fund structures
  • A team player with a high degree of initiative, as well as a reliable and structured way of working
  • Enthusiasm for new tasks
  • Good MS Office skills and willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with software systems
  • German and English skills at least at B2 level

These benefits await you:

  • Flexibility: Coordination of your weekly working hours and work location with your team, giving you the opportunity to balance studies, work, and leisure
  • Development: A steep learning curve in practical topics and a great onboarding experience
  • Other benefits: Excellent public transport connections, great events, free lunch in our cafeteria, free hot drinks and water, underground parking with EV charging infrastructure, and much more
  • The list of benefits in this job advertisement is for general information only and does not constitute any legal entitlement.

MEAG stands not only for a partnership-based relationship with clients, but also for fair treatment of applicants and employees—regardless of gender. If we use masculine forms for personal designations, this is solely for reasons of readability. Applicants with severe disabilities will be given preference if they are otherwise equally qualified.
