Tasks

Are you a business administration or communication studies major with an interest in marketing? If so, this internship will give you the opportunity to dive into the diverse world of marketing, support our team in various areas, and gain valuable hands-on experience.

Support for marketing the Lufthansa Group’s flight school, “European Flight Academy (EFA)”:

• Learning practical skills with a focus on social media campaigns, overseeing social media content production, and developing social media posts
• Support for social media community management
• Support in planning and executing informational events and trade shows to recruit future flight students
• Supporting the marketing team in a wide variety of areas, e.g., website optimization, developing presentations, creating internal communications for intranet posts, etc.
• Opportunity to take on your own projects

Requirements

• Proof of enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or an internship between the bachelor’s and master’s programs (gap year)
• Fluency in German and English
• Enthusiasm for organizational, strategic, and implementation-oriented tasks
• Experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Applying existing social media skills—particularly on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube—under professional guidance
• Knowledge of graphic design software is desirable (not required)
• Willingness to travel
