- Im Team: Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung der Projekte vom Grundstückskauf bis zur Vermarktung
- Prozessoptimierung: Kalkulation der Wirtschaftlichkeit sowie Durchführung von Standort- und Marktanalysen
- Koordination: Vorbereitende Tätigkeiten zur Vertragsgestaltung für projektbeteiligte Dritte
- Aufgabenplanung: Koordination der vorbereitenden Bauplanung, der Genehmigungsplanung und Baurechtschaffung
- Optimierung: Mitarbeit bei der kreativen Entwicklung von effizienten Nutzungskonzepten
- Projektarbeit: Kommunikation mit Marketing und Vertrieb
- Background: Studium in den Bereichen Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder Immobilienökonomie
- Expertise: Erste Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von Wohnimmobilien wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse: Gute betriebswirtschaftliche sowie immobilienrechtliche Kenntnisse, insbesondere öffentliches Baurecht, Kauf-, Werkvertragsrecht
- IT-Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office. Insbesondere fundierte Excel-Kenntnisse für Kalkulationen sowie PowerPoint für Präsentationen und Konzeptvorstellungen
