Core Responsibilities
- Store Expansion & Coverage: Continuously visit retail touchpoints within the designated region in Germany, including kiosks, shisha shops, e-cigarette stores, and mobile phone shops, to increase market coverage of the brand's product series, and explore new sales points such as vending machines.
- In-Store Experience & Consulting: Distribute product samples to stores, conduct product demonstrations and trial guidance, proactively collect feedback from store owners and staff, and provide insights for product optimization and sales strategy development.
- Drive Trial Orders & Conversion: Identify purchase intentions through face-to-face communication, collect and upload valid sales leads, and coordinate with wholesaler strategies to follow up on the activation and subsequent supply for trial-order customers.
- Competitor Monitoring & Market Feedback: Document and record competitor (e.g., Elfbar, Vozol, Flerbar) product displays, pricing, and promotional activities, systematically report market trends, in-store sell-out dynamics, and competitive landscape, and compile regular summary reports.
- Data Management & Reporting: Use the company's designated CRM system and mobile applications to upload store photos, locations, shelf information, and submit daily/weekly reports, ensuring data accuracy, timeliness, and traceability.
- In-Store Display & Merchandising: Assist stores with optimized product displays, secondary placements, trial booth setup, and other brand visibility enhancement activities.
- Other Duties: Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements
Legal Status & Authorization (Mandatory Requirement)
• A valid German student visa/residency permit, or legal German work authorization/work visa is mandatory. Candidates without the above legal status cannot be considered for this position.
Experience & Competencies
• Prior experience in sales, retail, or field marketing (student or part-time roles acceptable), with basic knowledge of the tobacco, e-cigarette, or FMCG industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong affinity, and the ability to easily connect with strangers; self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Fluent German (B2 level or above) for daily store communication in both spoken and written form. English proficiency is a plus.
• Hands-on mentality, resilience, ability to adapt to extensive field visits, and a results-oriented mindset with strong stress tolerance.
Preferred Qualifications
• A valid German driver's license (this role requires frequent store visits; a driver's license significantly enhances work flexibility and efficiency).
