Company Description

Factory Berlin is an innovation hub for the startup, tech, and innovation ecosystem. Our Events & Partnerships Team designs and manages a diverse program of recurring formats, one-off events, and partner activations for our community of founders, talents, companies, and creatives.

We are looking for a motivated intern who is eager to help shape and deliver events from the initial idea through to execution starting immediately.

Your Tasks

Event Logistics & Execution: You support the planning and operational execution of our events — from preparation to setup and teardown.

Cross-Team Coordination: You coordinate with various internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.

Partnerships & Sponsorships: You support the acquisition of partnerships and sponsorship opportunities for our events.

Social Media Coordination: You work closely with our social media team to increase the visibility of our events and promote them effectively.

Community Events: You contribute your own ideas for community formats and implement them independently or as part of a team.

Your Profile

• Enrolled university student, ideally studying Event Management, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Independent, proactive, and hands-on approach to work
• Interest in the startup and innovation ecosystem
• Good command of German and English
• Willingness to occasionally attend events in the evenings or on weekends
