About this opportunity:
Being a student at Ericsson means becoming part of a team that develops the mechanical foundation of next-generation telecommunication products. In Rosenheim, our Mechanical Features team is responsible for innovative housing concepts, mechanical structures, fixation systems, packaging solutions, usability improvements and sustainability aspects that enable reliable products in demanding outdoor environments.
What you will do:
- Support in the development and design of mechanical components and assemblies
- Creation and maintenance of 3D CAD models and technical drawings
- Collaboration on concept studies and product optimization
- Support in the construction and evaluation of prototypes
- Conducting and documenting tests and experiments
- Evaluating measurement results and deriving suggestions for improvement
- Participating in technical analyses
- Supporting the creation of technical documentation and development materials
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams from development, manufacturing, purchasing, and suppliers.
The skills you bring:
- Degree in mechanical engineering, design engineering, product development, mechatronics, or a related field
- Interest in product development and mechanical design
- Experience with CAD systems
- Technical understanding and analytical mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Ability to work well in a team and strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of German and English.
