The Team – your impact

We empower communication & brand through technology to create digital experiences that reach and inspire people across & beyond E.ON.

Your Role – meaningful & rewarding

  • Create and continuously improve user guides, training materials, functional documentation, and support content for E.ON’s intranet platform Compass
  • Deliver content editor training sessions and enable users through best practices, guidance, and community management
  • Support product communication through newsletters, presentations, success stories, and other engagement activities
  • Coordinate content creation and communication with stakeholders across different business areas
  • Take ownership of smaller initiatives and projects, driving them independently from concept to successful delivery
  • Contribute ideas to improve user engagement, adoption, and the overall user experience of Compass

Your Profile – authentic & open-minded

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Communications, Marketing, Media Management, Journalism, Psychology, or a comparable field
  • Passion for creating engaging content and translating complex topics into clear, user-friendly communication
  • Strong sense for design, structure, and intuitive user experiences
  • Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple topics simultaneously
  • Proactive, self-driven, and eager to take ownership while working independently
  • Experience with content management systems and collaboration tools such as PowerPoint, Miro, Jira, or Confluence is an advantage
  • Fluent in English with good German language skills
