Support the IT/OT Cyber Security Engineering team in maintaining a clean and reliable CMDB (Configuration Management Database) for OT environments, with a strong focus on data quality.
What you will do
- Support day-to-day operational activities related to IT/OT asset and information management
- Maintain and cleanse master data: Ensure data quality and consistency by reviewing existing information in ServiceNow
- Ensure data is accurate, consistent, and up to date, primarily using Microsoft Excel
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. plant personnel, network teams, and technical experts) to collect or validate information when required
- Contribute ideas and improvement suggestions to increase process efficiency and reliability
- Document activities, observations, and improvements in a clear and structured manner
- University student in Business, Technology, or a related field
- Fluency in English
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Good communication skills
