Our program is called “Certified International Forwarder (CIF)”. It is part of the DHL Group Corporate approach and represents an essential part of culture building, employee engagement, motivation, and skill-building. The program is unique in the entire forwarding/logistics industry. CIF covers all employees in the division DHL Global Forwarding, Freight (DGFF) i.e. approx. 43,000 colleagues globally. The focus for 2026 will be streamlining of the existing curriculum, development and roll-out of bite-sized learnings while ensuring that existing modules, especially the strategic priorities, are deployed.

Your Role

• Project Management for a large-scale international Learning & Development project including a strong change management component
• Stakeholder Management in a cross-functional context
• Extensive communication across various channels
• Understanding the structure of a complex, state-of-the-art development training program
• Support in the development of sophisticated training materials
• Understanding training and development needs of a heterogeneous target group and identifying suitable solutions
• Working in an international team and dealing with other cultures daily
• Managing own time and resources efficiently to handle multiple workstreams
  
  
  

Your Tasks

• Support the Project Manager in various project management tasks (issues, risks, scope) including documentation maintenance
• Create statistics and analyses on program participation and attainment tracking
• Support preparation of pilot approaches and global roll-out
• Support design and development of new training modules
• Continuous tracking of program costs and participation
• Communicate program progress and success to various stakeholders within DHL Group
• Support promotion and marketing of the program
• Manage workstreams and work packages with Project Manager support
  
  
  

Your Profile

IMPORTANT: You must be a Bachelor or Master student or GAP year student (up to 1 year after Bachelor completion). You must have a valid work permit for an internship in Germany.

• Above-average commitment, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure
• High communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, high self-motivation, drive, perseverance, and team spirit
• Solution- and goal-oriented working style
• Advanced PC and internet skills; advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills required
• Excellent English communication skills
• BA or MA in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Sociology, Logistics, International Forwarding, or similar
