About this Position Our team drives global learning at Henkel, designing and improving programs that build digital, soft, and core skills. We research trends, create communication for employees and managers, and collaborate with the worldwide talent and leadership community to deliver impactful learning experiences.

What You´ll Do

• Assist in our international team that creates and manages learning opportunities for Henkel employees worldwide
• Support the design of learning with focus on digitalization, soft skills and other core skills
• Research leading practices and learning trends
• Analyze and improve existing learning programs
• Create communication material for global HR community, employees and managers
• Collaborate actively with the global Henkel talent, leadership and learning community
• Steer own projects as well as support our team in the day-to-day business
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Student who has successfully completed first semesters of business administration, psychology or human resources related studies
• Previous professional experience (e.g., internships or working student roles), ideally within a large, international corporate environment
• Excellent English language skills written and oral
• Advanced knowledge of MS-Office applications
• Keen interest in learning, people development and digital learning formats
• Ability to work on various tasks in parallel
• Team player with strong communication skills, who is passionate about HR topics
• Availability as of August 2026 for 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1.050-2.270. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
