As a working student (f/m/d) you will support the team Digital Services & Initiatives within the department Client Service, Trading & Clearing significantly.

Your responsibilities:

• You will will utilize AI tools to create and publish strong and engaging digital content – text, illustrations, mock-ups and videos – across all our platforms and channels (mailings, websites, closed client portal) to keep clients informed
• You will maintain content across all channels and ensure a consistent and engaging user experience for our clients
• You will support the distribution of content across internal and external platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery
• You will assist in the creation of supporting materials such as user guides, presentations, and documentation
• You will support project activities by contributing to planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives

Your profile:

• You are enrolled at a university in the field of marketing (or similar) during the entire period of employment (at least 12 months)
• You possess strong communication and writing skills, as well as excellent time management
• You bring creativity and strategic thinking to convey complex issues in a simple and effective way
• You have basic knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Canva, or similar
• You demonstrate a collaborative mindset with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills (C1 mandatory)
