Wir suchen eine:n Werkstudent:in für unser Content Operations Team (All genders welcome!) in München.
Unser Team ist die Schnittstelle zwischen den Redaktionen von VOGUE, AD, GLAMOUR, Condé Nast Traveller und GQ sowie dem Accounting. Wir sorgen dafür, dass kreative Ideen strukturiert geplant, budgetiert und reibungslos umgesetzt werden.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung bei redaktionellen Projekten aus operativer Perspektive
- Pflege und Verwaltung von Daten in unseren CMS-Systemen (z. B. Redaktions-, Themen- und Budgetpläne)
- Unterstützung bei der redaktionellen Budgetverwaltung mit Schnittstelle zum Accounting
- Durchführung von Hintergrundrecherchen
- Teilnahme am Redaktionsalltag (Konferenzen, Themenplanung, Projekt-Meetings etc.)
- Organisatorische Unterstützung des Teams (z. B. Kontaktlisten, Belegversand, administrative Aufgaben)
- Du bist immatrikulierte:r Student:in und möchtest während Deines Studiums praktische Erfahrung in einem Medienunternehmen sammeln
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und eigenständig – besonders im Umgang mit Zahlen und Daten
- Du bist organisiert, teamorientiert und lernst Dich schnell in neue Themen ein
- Du kennst Dich mit Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides) aus
- Du hast Lust, Dich in bestehende und neue CMS-Systeme einzuarbeiten
- Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse
- Einen Arbeitsplatz im Herzen Münchens mit sehr guter öffentlicher Anbindung
- Ein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabenfeld mit Einblick in zentrale redaktionelle Prozesse
- Wertvolle Praxiserfahrung in einem internationalen Medienhaus
