YOUR TEAM
To support our Interior, Infotainment & Digital Experience team, we are currently looking for a working student. In your role you get first-hand experience in a complex, dynamic and innovation-driven environment and will be an integral part of the highly collaborative team that work on the coordination and support of the Interior, Infotainment, and Digital Experience setup.
In our Interior, Infotainment & Digital Experience division, we are shaping the future of digital experience. Our team develops innovative solutions from AI-powered digital assistants to navigation, a broad app ecosystem, and data-infused digital services across customer touchpoints in and around the vehicle.
What You Will Do
- Coordination and scheduling of internal and external meetings
- Preparation of management meetings and Board committees, including briefing support, internal alignments, documentation, and presentation
- Regular tracking, documentation and reporting of committee decisions and resolutions, incl. responsibilities and deadlines, in close collaboration with the management team
- Supporting the T2 transformation and change program as part of the PMO
- Supporting the communication and coordination between management, teams, and stakeholders
- Organization of workshops, events, and cross‑functional collaboration formats
- Supporting the travel coordination and expense processing
Who You Are
- Enrolled student in the field of Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable program
- Strong interest in project coordination, organization, digital mobility, software and future-oriented technologies
- Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Confident in communicating with different stakeholders in a professional environment
- Well‑organized with a proactive and hands‑on mindset
- Comfortable working with MS Office (especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Fluent in German and English
NICE TO KNOW
- Remote work options within Germany
- Duration: 6 months (with the option to extend up to two years)
- 20 hours/week, up to 35 hours/week during the semester break
- Salary: 17,80€/hour
