Your responsibilities

Are you well-versed in theory and now looking for practical experience in a dynamic company? Then use your talent and expertise to help us with the following tasks

• Contribution to strategic HR projects with a focus on competence management and strategic workforce planning
• Support in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of (virtual) presentation and workshop formats
• Exploring and applying AI tools for content creation and adaptation, data analysis and preparation
• Collaboration with an interdisciplinary subject matter expert team in Germany and internationally
• Support in day-to-day business tasks of the HR Excellence function
  
  

Your profile

• Enrolled student in an advanced Bachelor's / Master's program
• Initial practical experience in industry or consulting in relevant areas of work
• Independent and structured way of working, very good analytical skills
• Affinity for competence management, workforce planning, and personnel development
• Confident, responsible handling of AI tools and interest in their productive use in HR
