Your responsibilities
Are you well-versed in theory and now looking for practical experience in a dynamic company? Then use your talent and expertise to help us with the following tasks
- Assist in the development and operationalization of corporate strategy, including AI-related strategic topics
- Contribute to transformation and cross-functional projects, with a focus on AI-enabled business transformation
- Support selected strategic and AI initiatives, from initial analysis to implementation
- Conduct market, competitor and technology analyses, including emerging AI trends and their implications for BSH
- Support stakeholder alignment across functions and management levels, including within the Bosch Group
Your profile
- Enrolled student in business, economics, engineering, or a related field
- Strong academic track record
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to complexity
- Strong interest in AI, digital transformation and emerging technologies, with the ability to translate trends into business implications
- Confident use of PowerPoint and Excel and fluency in English and German

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende
Was dieses Praktikum im Bereich Operations in Munich für dich bedeutet: die Vergütungsregeln, die Sozialabgaben und worauf internationale Studierende achten sollten.
Wochenstunden
Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.
Werkstudenten-RegelnSozialabgaben
Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
