What You'll Do

Winning the best minds for BCG is our purpose. You are organized, structured, and creative and have experience with and enjoy planning and organizing events of different sizes? Then join the Group as an intern for a six-month period starting in September 2026, support our campus marketing team in successfully planning and executing various recruiting events, and do your own part to recruit outstanding candidates seeking to start their consulting careers in Germany or Austria.

Every day, you’ll work to make the BCG brand a success factor in our recruiting activities. You’ll help to plan, organize, and execute various target group-specific recruiting events and personnel marketing activities and help to ensure a smooth process and positive candidate experience. This includes reviewing application documents, maintaining the application database, and communicating with applicants. Smaller projects on various recruiting topics or research tasks will round out your diverse set of responsibilities.

What You'll Bring

  • You are an enrolled student (ideally majoring in business administration, communications, media studies, marketing, human resources, or a comparable field of study).
  • You have a strong interest in recruiting and personnel marketing topics.
  • You describe yourself as an organizational and coordination talent with a strong service orientation.
  • Ideally, you have some initial professional experience from internships or volunteer work.
  • You are proficient in the MS Office suite.
  • Excellent German and very good English skills round out your profile.
  • You’re interested in (campus) marketing, event management, and recruiting.
  • You impress people with your structured and independent way of working.
  • You’re dependable, eager to take on responsibility, and enjoy working in a team.
  • You’re unfailingly friendly and polite in interactions with coworkers and service providers.
  • You like to work creatively and have communicative talent as well as good networking skills.

Who You'll Work With

You’ll be part of our young, highly motivated Recruiting Team based in our Munich and Düsseldorf offices. The team’s collaboration is characterized by respect, acceptance, and mutual trust. Working closely with our Recruiting department, you’ll take over your own areas of responsibility and will always be able to draw on the experience of your colleagues.
