Moderna is solidifying its presence in Munich, a city at the forefront of Germany's biotech industry. Our Munich office focuses on commercial operations, ensuring the delivery of our innovative products to the German market. We're inviting professionals to join us in shaping the future of medicine through our groundbreaking mRNA technology. Depending on your student status and availability, we offer flexible engagement as either a Werkstudent (part-time) or an compulsory student internship (full-time). This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in a global biotech environment, while supporting key cross-functional departments including Market Access, Marketing, Communications, and Regulatory Affairs.

You’ll have the chance to work on sub-projects, engage in content creation, and gain visibility into cross-functional collaboration—all within a mission-driven company that’s transforming global health. This role is ideal for a motivated, adaptable student eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced biotech setting.

Here’s What You’ll Do

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Supporting Market Access, Marketing & Omnichannel, Communications, and Regulatory Affairs teams with operational and strategic tasks
  • Developing and managing key tools including stakeholder maps, reporting structures, and tailored databases
  • Performing ad-hoc web research to support project-specific information needs
  • Assisting in the creation, design, and localization of presentation and communication materials
  • Helping translate global communication content for local use

Your Responsibilities Will Also Include

  • Supporting event preparation such as conferences and internal organizational meetings
  • Taking ownership of sub-projects within Regulatory, Marketing, or Market Access activities
  • Contributing to the team’s daily operational workflows
  • Assisting in content management across both internal and external digital platforms
  • Supporting Marketing/Omni-Channel Content Creation initiatives

Here’s What You’ll Bring To The Table

  • Master's student enrolled in an accredited college or university - preferably major in pharmacy, healthcare –, business -, biotech- management, or health economics, marketing or business administration
  • Interest in biology and/or immunology
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about learning
  • A true team player, you show a positive and proactive work attitude within a team environment
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office software, AI-Affinity
  • You have outstanding communication skills (German and English)

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
