Process Design & Optimization is part of the Engineering & Technology of Bayer AG. We work on overall process engineering development and optimization of processes for chemical or biotechnological active ingredient production as well as for formulation and packaging operations. We offer committed students (m/f/d) the opportunity to gain practical experience and implement the specialist knowledge they have acquired during their studies.
YOUR TASKS AND LEARNING FIELDS
- Data preparation and analysis
- Support in the creation of mass and energy balances as well as in model creation and evaluation
- Participation in the development of software tools (e.g. device models, occupancy planning, analysis and visualization methods)
- Assistance with process and product flow simulation
- Evaluation of process alternatives and process optimization
- Get to know Quality by Design methods in a GMP-regulated environment
- Study of pharmaceutical engineering, life science engineering, biological or chemical engineering, process engineering or a comparable field of study
- In-depth specialist knowledge in the respective field of study
- Previous knowledge of process simulation or programming is an advantage
- Belief that you learn throughout your life and that the lessons you learn from failure lead to success
- Enjoy working in a team as well as commitment and motivation
- High willingness to learn and quick comprehension
- Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
- For a full-time position, you can expect an attractive salary of € 2.280,00 gross per month
