Photographer & Videomaker - Working Student

Bella & Bona is a venture-capital-backed food-tech company offering a workplace food program that employees enjoy every day.

Great food deserves great visuals. As we grow our brand, photo and video content becomes increasingly central to how we showcase our meals, our team, and our story.

We are looking for a Photographer & Videomaker to support our marketing team in capturing and producing compelling content from food shots to behind-the-scenes moments. The role is based between our kitchen in Potsdam and Berlin, so flexibility to travel between both locations is key.

Your mission

Your mission is to help build a visual library that brings Bella&Bona brand to life.

1. Photography & video making

Capture content across formats including:

• Food and product photography
• Behind-the-scenes and team moments
• Short-form video footage for Reels and TikTok

2. Editing & post-production

• Edit photos for use across social, web, and marketing materials
• Cut and assemble short video clips for social formats
• Maintain a consistent visual style in line with brand guidelines

3. Creative collaboration

• Work closely with the Social Media Manager and marketing team
• Bring your own ideas and creative perspective
• Be on-site at our Berlin kitchen/office for shoots as needed

Your profile

You have a strong visual sense and a passion for food and storytelling.

You likely bring:

• Currently enrolled in a university program.
• Solid skills in photography and videography
• Editing skills (Lightroom, Premiere, CapCut, or similar)
• An eye for composition, light, and detail
• Reliability and a proactive attitude
• Have a personal portfolio or social media presence showcasing your work
• Have experience with food, lifestyle, or product content
• Bonus point: Hold a valid driver's license can be useful for travelling between shoot locations between Potsdam & Berlin.
