This internship offers the chance to work at the heart of our e-commerce operations and actively shape the customer experience across multiple markets. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to product launches, campaign execution, and content creation while contributing your own ideas to impactful projects. It’s a fast-learning environment where you’ll take ownership, grow your skills, and see the real results of your work.
- You will create and maintain products and product pages across markets: ensure the highest quality of product presentation as well as assist in new product launches from start to finish.
- Support the E-Commerce team in the consistent optimization of customer experience, by bringing in ideas and make website improvements.
- Be part of campaign implementations on the Shop level, execute the needed changes and make sure it's working as expected.
- Actively contribute to the conception and creation of online store communication materials.
- Content management is one of your daily tasks: you create and fill landing pages and blog articles.
- Report of all activities and monitor performance.
- Support the team in identifying potential areas of improvement to help optimize performance.
- You have a Bachelor’s/master's degree in or currently studying Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or similar.
- Initial internship experience in e-commerce or marketing is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and copywriting are a plus. You are fast learner and open to learning new tools or about new topics.
- You like to take initiative, are goal driven and a critical thinker.
- You want to make an impact in the industry of beauty, lifestyle and female health.
- You have an excellent command of English; knowledge of German, Dutch or French is a plus.
