The SimTech Cluster of Excellence is an interdisciplinary research association in the field of simulation science. Since 2007, the Cluster of Excellence EXC 310 “Simulation Technology (SimTech)” at the University of Stuttgart has significantly advanced both breadth and depth of simulation science, covering models, methods, and computing from an engineering perspective. The Cluster of Excellence EXC 2075 “Data-Integrated Simulation Science (SimTech)” addresses the relevance of insights and knowledge obtainable from the abundance of data from sensors, digitized collections, experiments, and simulations.
