Köster is developing and manufacturing counting discs and machines in various configurations for different applications. Our counting discs, ranging from 𝟯𝟬 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝟭,𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝗚𝗦𝗠 and from 𝟰𝟬 up to 𝟵𝟬𝟬 µ𝗺, cover the broadest market spectrum and offer positions for counting corners and side edges. The smooth design minimizes marking risks, and continuous innovation has contributed to our global success. Renowned security and commercial printers, as well as paper mills, rely on our counting technology across various production steps. In 2007, we began developing and manufacturing counting machines for industrial use as an OEM supplier, expanding into the global market. In 2019, we launched counting machines under our own brand, offering a range of configurations to meet nearly any customer need. Our counting machines offer the fastest counting speed worldwide, at a maximum of 𝟭𝟮,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘀/𝗺𝗶𝗻, with unrivalled accuracy. In 2024, we introduced the 𝗛𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗫 𝗖𝗖 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺, the first to capture codes printed on the side edge of sheets during the counting process, enabling complete ream counting and sheet data registration in a single operation.
