GetMyInvoices is a cloud-based solution for invoice management that is of particular interest to small and medium-sized businesses. It retrieves all bills from more than 10,000 online portals automatically – and records the invoice date and amount. In addition, it imports invoices received by email, or scanned via smartphone or tablet. Documents are filed transparently in central document storage. GetMyInvoices allows the synchronisation of invoices with other systems, online accounting software and tax consultants. Documents can also be transferred via email, FTP or WebDAV to accounting systems and document management systems. The solution has a capability for intuitive handling and capacity for teamwork. Users benefit from more clarity, less bookkeeping effort and more time for developing entrepreneurial ideas. GetMyInvoices is available in five scopes of performance: Essential, Small, Standard, Professional and Enterprise.
