Founders Associate Intern (f/m/x)

Welcome to Arbio: where AI meets hospitality, and every day is a step toward redefining short-term rentals across Europe.

At Arbio, we're building an AI-native property management platform for short-term rentals across Europe. We manage real properties in Berlin, Hamburg, Vienna, and Leipzig (and more cities). We raised a $36M Series A and we are ready to accelerate.

As our Founder's Associate Intern, you'll sit at the center of the company, working directly with our Founder, Founders Office, COO, and CFO on the projects that decide where Arbio goes next. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role.

What you will do:

The Arbio Internship Program

You'll rotate through dedicated stations across the company, each one a real seat on that team, with ownership and impact

• M&A: support sourcing, screening, and deal work as we keep growing through acquisitions.
• Growth: help drive organic growth and expansion initiatives that bring new agencies and new markets to Arbio.
• Field Ops: get hands-on with how our properties actually run day to day, across our cities.
• HQ Ops: take what you learned in the field and turn it into process, tooling, and fixes at headquarters.
• Revenue Management: learn how we price and optimize performance across our portfolio.
• Finance: get exposure to the numbers behind the business: budgeting, reporting, and the levers that actually move margin.
• People: get a seat in hiring and team-building, from sourcing to onboarding the next great Arbio A* hire.

By the end of the program, you'll have an end-to-end view of how Arbio runs, from the field to the boardroom, which of these becomes your main focus is something we figure out together, based on the business's needs and what you're excited about.

Important: You own problems, not tickets. High-agency and high-ownership is the mentality we're looking for.

What we are looking for:

• Real drive and high ownership, you finish what you start, without being chased.
• You learn fast.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, you'd rather build the solution than wait for someone to hand you one.
• Comfortable switching between big-picture strategy and detailed, hands-on execution.
• Gained first work experience in an environment with high integrity, strong work ethic, and high speed.
• You know how to communicate (fluent English required, German a plus).

Bonus point:

• Founder mentality. You aspire to build something of your own one day, or have previously founded something.
