Your Challenge
- Harmonizing and structuring project documentation across platforms and folders, such as SharePoint, JIRA, laboratory folders, and project-specific repositories
- Maintaining project-related data in JIRA, including the creation and tracking of PIPs, ECOs/PCMs, subtasks, and requirements
- Supporting the assignment and tracking of responsibilities, resources, and open actions
- Preparing JIRA dashboards, status overviews, and other project-management reports
- Monitoring project timelines and highlighting potential delays or risks
- Assisting with weekly updates, monthly project summaries, and presentation materials
- Coordinating and tracking smaller project work packages in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Supporting resource and capacity planning, for example through Meisterplan or comparable tools
- Contributing to effective communication and alignment within the project team
- Current enrollment in a degree program, ideally in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a comparable field
- Strong interest in project management, coordination, and process improvement
- Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Initial experience with JIRA, SharePoint, MS Project, Meisterplan, or similar project-management tools is an advantage
- A structured, reliable, and independent working style
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Motivation to work with different stakeholders in a dynamic environment
- Responsible handling of confidential information
- Very good written and spoken English skills; German skills are an advantage
- Practical experience: Gain hands-on experience in a professional project-management environment and contribute to cross-functional development projects using modern project-management tools.
