Intern (d/f/m) in Quality Procurement

Are you looking for an internship and want to get to know more about Quality and Procurement in the civil aircraft business? Then we have the perfect match! We look forward to you supporting us in Quality Procurement for Cabin, Propulsion and Equipment as an intern (d/f/m)!

  • Location: Hamburg
  • Start: Herbst 2026
  • Duration: 3- 6 months

Your location: Hamburg Finkenwerder

You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Experience the special flair of Hamburg in your spare time where vibrant cosmopolitan culture meets nautic legacy.

Finkenwerder

Are you wondering how you actually get from university to Airbus? Your working student position is at the Finkenwerder plant and you can take the ferry from Teufelsbrück to the Airbus ferry terminal and back to the university in the morning and at noon. Alternatively, you can take the ferry to Finkenwerder and then ride your bike for about another 15 minutes to the main entrance.

Your Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Identify process improvement opportunities
  • Lead, co-lead or contribute to improvement projects
  • Optimize the governance of the Quality Procurement team
  • Support the team leader in boosting the well-being in our department

Desired Skills And Qualifications

  • Enrolled full-time student in the area of Industrial Engineering and Management or an equivalent field of study.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Strong communication and team-working skills
  • Willingness to work in a multi-cultural and -functional working environment
  • Structured and results-oriented working methods
  • G Suite (Google Slides, Google Sheets, etc.) knowledge is helpful
