Intern (d/f/m) for Additive Manufacturing (AM) Design of fuel components

Your Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Investigations around the fuel tank design.
  • Collect ideas and create a concept study to optimize the current technology.
  • Ideally, usage of bionical design principles to optimize fuel tank design.
  • Developing innovative fuel component in AM design by using of CATIA V5.
  • Weight and cost analysis.
  • Interaction with other departments (System Definition, Material & Process).

Desired Skills And Qualifications

  • Enrolled full-time student (d/f/m) in the area of aeronautical, mechanical or industrial engineering.
  • You bring high motivation and eager to learn more about additive manufacturing technology.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Skills in 3D Design (like Catia V5, Solid Works or others).
  • You are teamplayer and are also able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You speak fluent German and English.

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende

Was dieses Praktikum im Bereich Ingenieurwesen in Bremen für dich bedeutet: die Vergütungsregeln, die Sozialabgaben und worauf internationale Studierende achten sollten.

Wochenstunden

Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.

Werkstudenten-Regeln

Sozialabgaben

Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
