Tasks

• You are part of the product team and learn firsthand how a SaaS product is built and scaled
• You assist us with data analysis and the preparation of our software performance metrics
• You help establish new processes between Account Management and the Dev team and optimize existing workflows
• You support day-to-day operations, including writing Jira dev tickets and requirements engineering
• You assist in analyzing the platforms where adnomaly is available and research necessary adaptations
• You support us in preparing materials for the business team and drafting decision templates

Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE

• Enrolled student in Business Informatics, Media Informatics, Business Administration, Data Science, or a comparable degree program
• Strong interest in digital products and ideally initial practical experience (e.g., through internships) in an IT, data, or product environment
• A self-reliant and proactive working style is second nature to you
• You are open, communicative, and thrive in a team environment
• High affinity for numbers and analytical thinking
• Proficiency in standard software such as MS Office (especially Excel); initial experience with Jira is a plus
