Help shape the future of Zooplus! As a Working Student in Vendor Management Non-Food, you will support the team in managing international brand partners, analyzing assortments, and driving growth initiatives. You will work in a data-driven environment, coordinate operational processes, and contribute to continuously improving the accessories portfolio for our customers. This role is ideal for students with an interest in e-commerce, vendor management, and analytical work.
- Support the development of a curated assortment, bundles, and pre-launches for branded accessories in collaboration with senior team members.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of promotions and vendor marketing activities.
- Assist in creating attractive product and vendor presentations, including local product content and brand storytelling.
- Support vendor management activities, including preparation of negotiations, analysis of payment terms, and cost structures.
- Conduct market, competitor, and assortment analyses to identify growth opportunities, customer acquisition, and retention potential.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Supply Chain, Content) to support scalable solutions for customer needs.
- Support the preparation of vendor plans, presentations, and internal documentation.
- Take ownership of smaller projects and support cross-functional initiatives while continuously developing your skills through feedback and learning.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student with at least 12 months of studies remaining (working towards a degree in Business. Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field)
- Self-motivated, high sense of ownership and autonomously taking responsibility for your tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Good experience in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English and German
- Available for working minimum 20 hours a week for at least one year
Ideally Existing
- Affinity to the pet industry
- Additional languages beside English and German is an advantage
- Experience in e-commerce companies is preferable
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus
