The role

As a Delivery Agent Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in automotive operations, customer delivery, and logistics while working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic international environment. You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive their vehicles through a seamless, premium delivery experience, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and brand success.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills in vehicle operations, logistics coordination, customer journey management, and cross-functional collaboration. This Is What You Will Do

As a Delivery Agent Intern, you will be responsible for the final and one of the most important stages of the customer journey: vehicle delivery. You will help ensure that deliveries are executed on time, according to defined standards, and with a strong focus on quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Working closely with Sales, Service, Logistics, Operations teams, and external service partners, you will coordinate delivery activities, manage delivery-related information in digital systems, and support customers throughout the handover process.

• Support and coordinate the end-to-end vehicle delivery process for assigned customers
• Collaborate with internal teams and external service partners to ensure smooth delivery execution
• Use CRM and operational systems to schedule, track, and document deliveries
• Verify that vehicles are prepared, inspected, and documented according to company standards
• Act as a key point of contact for customers throughout the delivery journey
• Coordinate vehicle handovers and ensure a premium customer experience at delivery
• Resolve delivery-related issues in a professional and solution-oriented manner
• Maintain accurate records and delivery documentation
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes, tools, and operational standards

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

• Previous experience in automotive logistics, vehicle delivery, customer operations, or a similar environment is an advantage
• Strong digital proficiency and confidence working with CRM systems and operational tools
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Calm, professional, and resilient approach in time-sensitive situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on mentality with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Good command of English
