Your Responsibilities Will Include...

Supporting Fund Finance Managers with the bank covenant reporting process:

  • Monitoring compliance with the information and reporting obligations set out in loan agreements
  • Preparing confirmations and email correspondence for external financing partners
  • Maintaining calculation tools for key financial metrics and obtaining relevant information from internal departments

Supporting the Fund Finance team with a range of activities relating to pan-European funds:

  • Reconciling data from various sources and reviewing Excel-based calculation models
  • Preparing management reports and performance analyses
  • Validating Excel schedules against reporting data received from property companies
  • Assisting with international payment transactions

We Are Looking For Candidates Who...

  • Have an interest in, and a basic understanding of, business processes in the real estate industry
  • Demonstrate a precise, reliable and independent approach to work
  • Has an excellent command of German (minimum C1) and English, as well as strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
