Shape Innovation Behind the Scenes

Would you like to gain hands-on experience in a global technology company while working directly with engineering leaders?

As a Working Student in our R&D organization, you will support managers and development teams in Embedded Software and Signal Processing.

What you will do

  • Support engineering managers in their day-to-day administrational work
  • Carrying out orders
  • Communication with suppliers and internal departments (e.g. for supplier creation or requests for quotation)
  • Coordination and monitoring of deliveries
  • Accounting of invoices with associated documentation
  • Systematic maintenance of documents, e.g. inventory lists
  • Support in the creation of documents for budget planning
  • Support with formalities for the recruitment of students
  • Preparation of presentations in PowerPoint

What you bring

  • Current enrollment at a university
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Structured and reliable way of working
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent English and German language skills

The salary for this position based on a weekly work time of 15 hours is € 1.020 gross for the first 6 months of employment and then increases to € 1.300 gross.

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
