What you can expect

  • This internship offers the chance to turn your passion for social media into real-world experience, working hands-on on content for one of the world's best-known entertainment brands
  • You’ll be part of a supportive team from day one, work on varied and exciting content, and learn how social media communication for international brands works, from idea to publishedpost
  • You’ll support the team in developing ideas and concepts for social media content
  • Write first drafts of copy for captions, posts, and short social formats
  • Take part in creative brainstorming sessions
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, motion designers, and social media managers
  • Keep an eye on social media trends, formats, and cultural moments
  • Get a full, practical look at how social content is created, reviewed, and published

What we’d love to see

  • Strong interest in social media, writing, and digital creativity
  • Good feeling for language, tone of voice, and platform-native writing
  • Interest in understanding different brand voices and social presences
  • Curiosity and motivation to learn
  • Creative mindset and willingness to share ideas
  • Reliable and organized working style
  • Team spirit and openness to collaboration
  • Available full-time for at least 3 months (mandatory or voluntary internship, ideally as part of your studies)
  • Fluent German is required. English is a strong plus
  • First writing samples, social posts, or creative projects are welcome but not required

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende

Was dieses Praktikum im Bereich Marketing in Berlin für dich bedeutet: die Vergütungsregeln, die Sozialabgaben und worauf internationale Studierende achten sollten.

Wochenstunden

Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.

Werkstudenten-Regeln

Sozialabgaben

Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.

Versicherung prüfen

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
