Beschreibung bereitgestellt von TNGE

TNGE is a founder-led performance and brand agency. We work with fast-scaling DTC brands and some of the most iconic names in beauty, wellness and fashion, and we do both halves of the job: creative that makes people want something, and performance that proves it worked.

We’re looking for an intern to join our social and production team. You’ll be in it from day one: on set at shoots, moving content from raw footage to live post, briefing creators, keeping the calendar updated. Fast, hands-on, and by the end you’ll know how content gets made, creators get booked and how an agency really runs.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Scheduling and publishing: loading and scheduling approved content across client accounts to the agreed calendar.
  • Asset management: filing, naming and versioning raw and edited material, so the team can find what is current without asking.
  • Editing and coordination: moving material between content creators and editors, tracking what is out and what is due back, editing materials where possible.
  • Content day logistics: confirmations, call sheets, access arrangements, equipment and calendar invitations across locations.
  • Shoot support: on site with the team, helping the day run and making sure nothing gets missed.
  • Creator and influencer support: research and outreach lists, briefing admin, tracking deliverables, usage rights and deadlines.
  • Reporting admin: clippings, screenshots, dashboard upkeep and reporting templates.
  • Founder support: depending on the projects, you might sit in on client pitches, help plan activations, join a creator campaign kickoff, or work on a new business idea with the founders.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Currently studying, between degrees, or recently finished. Any field.
  • Organised and reliable. You keep track of things without being reminded twice.
  • German at native or near-native level, solid English.
  • Comfortable working to someone else’s plan, and comfortable asking when something is not clear.
  • Social media literacy is useful, but this role is coordination rather than content creation.
  • Based in Berlin or Munich and available full-time for at least three months.

NICE TO HAVE

  • First experience in an agency, retail or events environment
  • Basic editing skills in CapCut or Premiere, or a decent eye with a camera
  • Interest in beauty, wellness or fashion

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Work with some of the most exciting names in beauty, wellness and fashion: fast-scaling DTC brands and iconic houses with the budgets and reach to match
  • Real responsibility from the first week. You will be trusted with live client work, not filing and coffee runs
  • A proper look at how content gets made, published and measured across paid and organic
  • Direct access to the founders and the senior team, with no layer in between
  • A paid internship, full-time, for three to six months, with the possibility of staying on afterwards
