Would you like to gain hands-on experience while gaining exciting insights into pilot production environments? Then this is the opportunity for you.
To support our Pilot Center Operations team, you will work on process optimization, development, and digitalization in pilot production, gain practical insights into pilot-scale operations and manufacturing processes, and have the opportunity to actively contribute your own ideas and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the development, documentation, and improvement of operational processes in pilot production
- Contribute to quality and process improvement projects, including the optimization of quality documentation, data analysis, and production processes
- Assist with safety-related topics in pilot production, including occupational safety, preventive measures, and documentation
- Support Lean Management and Operational Excellence initiatives, such as process analyses, standards, and continuous improvement activities
- Create, maintain, and further develop tools and analyses for structured data evaluation
- Prepare operational reports and support their clear and structured communication within the operations environment
- Ongoing studies in industrial engineering, production engineering / management, process engineering, or a comparable field
- Valid enrollment as a student for the entire duration of the working student position
- Very strong analytical skills
- High IT affinity and interest in data driven work (Confident use of Excel and ideally experience with VBA, Python, or similar tools)
- Structured, well-organized, and reliable way of working
- Strong teamwork skills combined with assertiveness
- Very good communication skills at all levels in German and English
