Working Student / Internship (m/f/d) | Industrial Site Selection & M&A

Join TerraLogis Consulting in Berlin

TerraLogis Consulting LP is a boutique advisory firm specializing in international site selection, mergers & acquisitions, and economic incentives advisory, with a particular focus on the North American market. From our offices in Berlin and Arlington, Virginia (USA), we support European industrial companies of all sizes in their expansion and investment projects across North America.

We are currently looking for a motivated Working Student or Intern (m/f/d) to join our Berlin office and support both our consulting team and the CEO in strategic, analytical, and organizational matters. This role offers direct exposure to the international expansion of leading European industrial companies and active involvement in ongoing client engagements.

Approximately 15-20 hours per week with flexible scheduling

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sophisticated, AI-assisted research on core topics related to our consulting business, including industrial sectors, market trends, corporate landscapes, and investment locations.
  • Support the identification and analysis of potential acquisition targets as part of ongoing M&A projects.
  • Assist in the development of pitch decks, client briefings, project deliverables, and marketing content for LinkedIn, our website, and other channels.
  • Support consulting projects through the preparation of RFP materials, market research, and quantitative analyses, including labor, energy, and other operating cost factors.
  • Work directly with the CEO in a Chief-of-Staff capacity, including preparing management meetings, decision papers, executive briefings, and strategic research assignments.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program in economics, business administration, social sciences, economic geography, finance, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills (minimum C1 level).
  • Strong interest in the United States, transatlantic economic affairs, international business, and industrial investment.
  • Experience abroad through studies, internships, or other international activities is a plus.
  • Proficiency with modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or Microsoft Copilot, and enthusiasm for applying them in research, analysis, and content development. Experience with Vibe Coding is an advantage.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
