Your Role
- Cleaning and preparing data (basic ETL work, structuring datasets).
- Routine and simple reporting using Snowflake and Tableau.
- Provide data for ad-hoc / one-off campaigns to the CRM Manager.
- Ad-hoc reporting requests from Management or Partners.
- Documenting Marketing data processes.
- Helping with automation tasks, such as small scripts to process data.
- Support AI initiatives within the Marketing department.

- Currently enrolled as a student (Bachelor’s or Master’s), preferably in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Data Analytics or a related field.
- First practical experience (e.g., through internships) in finance, banking, or data analytics is an advantage, but not strictly required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL or Python is an advantage.
- High interest in data analytics and banking.
- Comfortable working with AI tools, thinking critically about AI outputs, and contributing to a culture of responsible AI use.
- Well organized and able to work autonomously on assigned tasks.
- Fluent in English, German is a plus.
- Good communication skills to be able to align and understand stakeholder requirements.
- Able to work in cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking.
