Responsibilities
Mission:
As an intern (m/f/d) at the German desk for structured products in Frankfurt am Main, you will actively support our Global Markets team, get to know our product management, gain practical experience in investment banking and work with structured bonds and complex certificates across all asset classes.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- You will develop investment ideas and prepare market analyses
- You will write presentations, pitches, brochures, etc.
- You create performance simulations/back tests and provide support for new product issuances
- You will work closely with our legal team to ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Website management and reporting tasks for the German Austrian sales team complete your field of activity
Profile required
Studies & experience:
- Studying economics, engineering or computer science
- Preferably in at least the 3rd semester of a Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a Master's degree
- Fluent in German and English
- Solid MS Office skills; VBA knowledge is considered a plus
- Previous exposure to structured products would be beneficial
- Strong financial acumen
- Excellent written communication and editorial skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and work independently in a target-oriented environment
- Strong team-player attitude combined with initiative and proactivity

Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.
Werkstudenten-RegelnSozialabgaben
Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
