You'll make an impact by
- You actively support the ongoing maintenance of PM Professional classrooms and SharePoints in all rolled-out languages, collaborating closely with trainers, training partners, and internal stakeholders
- You assist in collecting, analyzing, and summarizing global trainer and participant feedback, helping to update program materials and coordinate translation processes
- As part of your responsibilities, you help organize train-the-trainer sessions, prepare materials, and act as the first point of contact for trainers and participants requiring support
- You contribute to management reporting by creating overviews and dashboards in Power BI, working with IT colleagues to improve data quality and automate processes
- You also take care of administrative tasks, such as packing and sending hoodies, curating the PM@Siemens Channel, and supporting the piloting and publication of masterclasses
- Education: You are currently successfully enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Innovation Management, or a related field
- Experience and Skills:
- You have initial experience in Learning & Development or project management, ideally gained through internships or university projects
- You are proficient in Microsoft Power BI, PowerPoint, and SharePoint for reporting and data management
- You are comfortable collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and managing communication channels
- Ways of Working: You demonstrate strong organizational skills, a structured approach to tasks, and a high level of initiative
- Languages: You have excellent English skills; German is an advantage
