You'll make an impact by

• You support our Investment & Transaction Advisory Team in preparing materials for equity investment committees and strategic M&A transactions, gaining valuable insights into financial services and corporate strategy
• As you become familiar with the approval process for equity investments and divestments, you help ensure that business models and risks are clearly and accurately communicated to top management
• By conducting research and analysis on market developments, competitors, and financial benchmarks, you contribute to the due diligence of target companies and the evaluation of investment opportunities
• You collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, assisting in the coordination of workstreams related to strategic M&A transactions
• Additionally, you assist in creating and editing presentations, calculations, and analyses to support SFS top management in their decision-making processes

This Is How You'll Win Us Over

• Education: You are currently enrolled as a full-time student in business administration, economics, finance, banking, private equity, risk management, or international management at a German university
• Experience and Skills:
• You have gained initial practical experience in Venture Capital, Private Equity, Investment Banking, consulting, or Corporate Finance
• You possess strong financial knowledge and analytical skills
• You are proficient in the use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Ways of Working: You work diligently, demonstrate a high level of commitment, and enjoy collaborating within a team
• Languages: You are fluent in German and English
