Then come and join our global team as Working Student (f/m/d) to support us with Project Communication and Engagement Support.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will support us with the preparation and design of presentations, slide decks, infographics and other communication materials for project stakeholders and senior management
  • You will help with the planning, coordination and follow-up of workshops, meetings and stakeholder engagement activities, including scheduling, communicating with participants and documentation
  • You will help to create and schedule content for Viva Engage and other internal communication channels to promote project awareness and engagement
  • You will support with the development of project communications, including newsletters, announcements, FAQs, success stories and updates for stakeholders
  • You will help to maintain project communication platforms and organise information, documents and communication materials

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You are currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communication, marketing, business administration, media studies, organisational psychology, education or a related subject
  • You are at least for one year available
  • You are confident in using Microsoft 365 applications, particularly PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook and SharePoint
  • Initial experience in the fields of communication, project support, event coordination, marketing or similar activities would be an advantage
  • Experience in creating presentations, communication materials or digital content is desirable

Your attributes and skills:

  • You have very good written and spoken communication skills in English, German is a plus
  • You have strong organisational skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • You have a creative mindset with a flair for visual design and the creation of engaging content
  • You have strong collaborative and interpersonal skills in an international environment
  • You are able to work independently whilst contributing effectively as part of a team
  • You are characterised by a proactive and self-motivated approach to your work

Dank des Werkstudentenprivilegs zahlst du keine Beiträge zur Kranken-, Pflege- und Arbeitslosenversicherung — nur die Rentenversicherung greift. Dir bleibt mehr netto als in einem regulären Job.

Versicherung prüfen

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
