Working Student Engineering and Planning (m/f/d)
As a Working Student in Engineering with interest in Project Management, you will support the Product Planning Manager in shaping future audio technology solutions, with a particular focus on audio algorithms for automotive applications. You will gain hands-on experience in project coordination, product planning, and innovation management within an international environment.
Your Responsibilities
- You support roadmap-related projects by helping to coordinate activities, track milestones, and ensure transparency on progress and open actions.
- You collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders from Product Management, Engineering, Business Development, and other functions to facilitate effective communication and alignment.
- You prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting materials, presentations, status reports, action lists, and decision-support documents.
- You conduct market, technology, and competitive research to support product planning and strategic decision-making.
- You contribute to feasibility assessments by collecting and preparing relevant data related to customer needs, technical concepts, timelines, and costs.
- You support the continuous improvement of project management and product planning processes by leveraging digital tools and AI-supported ways of working.
Your Qualifications
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Technology Management, or a comparable field.
- You have a strong interest in project management, product planning, innovation management, and technology strategy.
- You possess strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills and enjoy transforming complex information into clear and actionable insights.
- You work independently and reliably, in a structured and detail-oriented manner, and eager to take ownership of your responsibilities while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- You are interested in digital technologies, AI-supported ways of working, and emerging technologies such as automotive and audio systems, and enjoy applying these in your daily work.
- You are fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
- Ideally, you have gained initial practical experience through internships, university projects, or other student activities.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Initial experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps or MS Project is a plus.
- Basic understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate them effectively is advantageous.
