Working Student Event Management (m/f/d)

Aufgaben

• Support in planning, execution and follow-up of events in various formats (in-person, hybrid and online)
• Entry, maintenance and analysis of data in various tools and create evaluations for management
• Support the organization and planning of in-house trade fairs and trade show appearances, including on-site support primarily in Europe
• Creation of evaluations and reports for management to support the team
• Communication with internal stakeholders and external service providers

Profil

• Current studies in Communication Sciences, International Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering with a focus on Marketing or a comparable field of study
• Initial experience in event management on the agency or industry side and have a strong interest in B2B marketing
• Very good MS Office skills and a high affinity for online marketing tools and digital channels
• Reliable and structured way of working as well as strong organizational skills in a team
• Digital mindset with high affinity for online marketing tools and channels
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English and good knowledge of written and spoken German
• Office availability is necessary for this position
