About The Role At RobCo

RobCo is building the category of Autonomous Industrial Robotics and we're doing it fast. We believe that automating the ordinary frees humans to do the extraordinary, and we're building the end-to-end robotics infrastructure to make that possible - hardware, software, and AI in one stack that just works.

At RobCo, we automate the ordinary, so humans can do the extraordinary. To achieve this, we are looking for an ambitious Working Student – Go-to-Market Engineering (m/f/d) to help us establish RobCo as leading provider of automation solutions.

As part of the Revenue team, you will help design and implement systems that enable our sales team to operate more efficiently and scale outreach in a structured way. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to build automations, outbound workflows, and data pipelines that power our go-to-market strategy. You will be expected to work autonomously, think creatively, and find innovative solutions to process and system challenges.

Your Responsibilities

  • Sales Automation & Outreach: Build and optimize outreach sequences and messaging workflows for the Sales team, support the development of scalable outbound systems for account-based sales, and test and improve cold email performance and targeting logic. Think creatively to find new ways to reach prospects and improve conversion.
  • Revenue Operations & Systems: Maintain and optimize our CRM workflows in HubSpot, build automations and integrations between GTM tools using Zapier, support lead routing, enrichment, and pipeline automation, and propose innovative solutions to improve workflow efficiency.
  • GTM Data & Automation: Build data enrichment and prospecting workflows using Clay, help structure and maintain prospect and account data, and create scalable prospecting pipelines and enrichment processes. Work independently to develop new automation approaches.
  • Outbound Infrastructure: Support the setup and maintenance of outbound infrastructure with tools like Smartlead, assist with domain setup, deliverability monitoring, and campaign tracking, and bring creative ideas to optimize campaigns and sequences.
  • Process & Analytics: Analyze outreach and pipeline performance, identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and propose automation improvements, and document and improve GTM processes.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Currently enrolled at a university (Business, Engineering, Data, or a similar field)
  • Strong interest in Revenue Operations, Sales Automation, or Growth Systems
  • Analytical mindset and curiosity for how systems and workflows work
  • Creative, solution-oriented, and autonomous approach to problem-solving
  • Structured way of working and ability to take ownership of projects
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Ideally, hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Clay, Zapier, or Smartlead
  • Interest in Sales Tech, RevOps, or GTM Engineering is a strong plus
  • Basic understanding of outbound sales or B2B SaaS sales processes is beneficial
  • Experience with data tools, APIs, or no-code automation platforms is a bonus

Why join RobCo?

  • Develop modular, software-defined robotics solutions with us that set new standards in automation.
  • Help us build robots equipped with state-of-the-art AI that perceive their environment, analyze data, and make intelligent decisions in real time.
  • As part of a very dynamic and fast-growing scale-up, you will take on responsibility from day one, drive your own projects, and see the direct impact of your work.
  • Flat hierarchies, open communication, and regular 360° feedback enable fast decisions and support your professional and personal development.
  • Work out across Germany in over 7,200 studios with our subsidized Wellpass membership.
  • Flexible working hours, a modern office, and—depending on the role—the option to work from home.
  • Regular team events—from relaxed beer & pizza nights on the rooftop terrace to shared experiences on ski trips or at Oktoberfest.
