In a nutshell

Our working students are responsible for finding the world's best talent and convincing them to join Picnic. You possess excellent writing skills, get excited when you find the right profiles, and know how best to inspire them for the challenges at Picnic. You understand the profiles we are looking for and know how crucial it is to find the right people for Picnic. Ideally, we are looking for someone who can support us for 20 hours a week. If possible, we would love to have someone that is able to work Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays.

What You'll Do

  • Requirements Analysis: You work closely with our recruiters and various internal stakeholders to understand the requirements of open vacancies.
  • Candidate Sourcing: You search for potential candidates and approach them using LinkedIn Search and other search techniques.
  • Talent Pipeline Building: You develop strategies to build talent pipelines.
  • Idea Generation: You bring ideas and input that positively impact our talent pipelines

We're looking for

  • You're currently studying HR management, psychology, business administration or similar and have at least one year left to study
  • You bring first experience in talent acquisition or a strong eagerness to get familiar with the field
  • You are ambitious and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English, preferably also fluent in German
  • A true team player with strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail
  • A quick grasp of complex concepts, high energy, positivity and curiosity
  • Not afraid to take initiative, try new things, and proactively reach out to people
  • Willingness to work two days in our office in Düsseldorf

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
