Working Student (m/w/d) - Support in Service Network Coordination

Your responsibilities

• I-Service system maintenance and administrative follow-up
• Work order management and follow-up
• Invoice controlling and payment follow-up
• Reporting and data preparation
• Follow-up on key operational activities

Your profile

• First practical experience in customer service (B2B or B2C), e.g. through internships or working student roles is an advantage 
• Very good German language skills (spoken and written) are required 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) 
• Strong analytical thinking skills and a structured way of working 
• Interest in handling complex customer issues and escalation processes 
• Strong communication skills and social competence 
• Reliability, initiative, and ability to work in a team
