Tasks
As part of this paid internship, we offer you the opportunity to gain insight into the broad field of Talent & Leadership Development and to actively contribute to our work. You’ll be working in the Talent Development division. We’ll give you the chance to shadow colleagues in other departments.
The following areas of responsibility await you on our team:
- Acquiring practical skills with a focus on talent and leadership development processes, as well as their operational and strategic implementation
- Supporting the implementation and execution of talent initiatives for all professional groups employed by an airline—from flight crew, technical staff, and ground operations personnel to administrative staff—and addressing the diverse requirements of these groups
- Gaining familiarity with and further developing performance and potential assessment processes
- Active participation in enablement sessions for managers and HR
- Participation in team meetings and team days, talent program days, department meetings, dry runs, committee and coordination meetings, as well as concept development workshops

To join our team, you should be focusing on HR as part of your major or have a strong interest in the field. Additionally:
- At the time of the internship, you must be in at least your third semester of a degree program
- You must be enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (a current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or the internship must take place between your bachelor’s and master’s programs (Gap Year)
- Strong communication skills, independence, and organizational skills
- Creativity, enthusiasm, and a hands-on approach
- Analytical skills to evaluate feedback and derive targeted actions from it
- Initial experience in conceptual work, particularly in translating complex topics into effective formats
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Wichtiges für Werkstudierende

Wochenstunden
Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.
Werkstudenten-RegelnSozialabgaben
Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
