Role Description This is a full-time or par time role on remote working where you will assist the senior management in developing PR strategies, crafting press releases, managing media relations, and enhancing the public image of our platform. We are looking for a master student or master graduate for the period September-December 2026 to work in remote. This Marketing and Public Relations Intern role is designed for individuals interested in the intersection of art, auctions, and finance. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns, assisting with social media and blog content, and helping to promote LOT-ART’s services and brand to collectors and business partners. The intern will conduct market research on art investment trends and auction activities, contribute to press materials and outreach, and assist in building and maintaining synergic relationships with business partners (related companies, auction houses, banks, wealth managers, insurances, galleries, and collectors). Additional tasks may include monitoring campaign performance, supporting customer communication, and collaborating with the team on new promotional initiatives. This is an internship role, offering practical experience in marketing and public relations within an international art and auction environment. The intern will also have the chance to assist the CEO in monitoring fine art market analytics.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear English writing and professional email and online communication.
  • Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze trends in the art, auction, and investment sectors.
  • Foundational knowledge of Marketing Strategy and interest in developing digital and content marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of Sales principles and comfort supporting outreach to partners and prospective users.
  • Customer Service mindset, with the ability to respond courteously and effectively to user and partner inquiries.
  • Interest in art, auctions, or alternative investments, with motivation to learn about the art market.
  • Proficiency with common digital tools (e.g., office productivity suites, social media platforms, and online research tools).
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
  • Currently pursuing or having completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Business, Art History, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Comfort working independently, collaborating virtually with an international team, and adapting to a dynamic online environment.
  • Knowledge of AI tools and agents
