About Logistica OS

At Logistica, we’re building the AI operating system for logistics teams. The €10 trillion global logistics industry still runs on unstructured data, manual workflows, and fragmented legacy systems, making it one of the largest sectors poised for AI-driven transformation. With over 20 years of experience in logistics and technology, we help logistics teams deploy AI into the heart of logistics operations, with agents that automate logistics backoffice processes and improve visibility across the supply chain.

About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Intern (min. 3 months) or Working Student to help build Logistica's sales engine. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging high-potential prospects, generating qualified pipeline, and working closely with our team to sharpen our go-to-market approach. This is a unique opportunity to learn from experienced operators while developing your commercial skills and take on meaningful responsibility from day one.

Tasks

  • Take ownership of our outbound pipeline, from identifying target accounts to converting leads through proactive outreach via phone, email and other channels

  • Develop a deep understanding of our product, market, and customers to effectively communicate our value proposition and engage decision-makers

  • Create, refine, and optimize call scripts, outreach sequences, and sales materials based on real-world customer interactions

  • Work closely with the sales and product teams, sharing insights from customer conversations and helping shape our go-to-market strategy and product roadmap

Requirements

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English

  • You enjoy speaking with people, are confident on the phone, and know how to build trust and create engagement

  • You are resilient, reliable, and comfortable handling objections and rejection

  • You have initial experience in sales, business development, or another customer-facing role

  • You are tech-savvy and curious about AI (experience in logistics is a plus)

  • You are able to work independently, take ownership of your results and thrive in a fast-moving environment

Benefits

  • Opportunity to build your sales skills and grow personally

  • Work alongside experienced operators with deep expertise in logistics and tech

  • Learn how a VC-backed early stage startup operates in a high growth stage

  • Team offsites every 12 weeks to come together in-person (next one in Italy)

  • Competitive base salary with an attractive performance-based bonus structure

  • Location: Munich or Frankfurt preferred (Remote also possible)

We're still at an early stage, which means there's plenty to build, improve, and experiment with. If you're excited by the idea of learning fast, taking ownership of your work, and seeing the direct impact of your contributions on a growing company, we'd love to hear from you.
