CRM & Operations Intern (m/f/d)

As part of the internship, you will work closely with our CRM Manager and gain hands-on experience in how CRM systems, data and internal processes come together in a digital B2B company.

By gradually taking over recurring operational topics and smaller projects, you will help create additional capacity for larger, cross-functional CRM initiatives.

Previous CRM experience is not required. What matters much more to us is how quickly you understand new topics, how you approach problems and whether you enjoy working your way through complex processes and systems.

Your mission

• Supporting our CRM Manager with day-to-day operational topics and gradually taking ownership of recurring tasks
• CRM data is kept structured, accurate and up to date with your support
• Smaller requests related to our CRM system are analysed and handled independently as you grow into the role
• Processes and workflows are tested, documented and continuously improved together with the CRM Manager
• New topics, data and information are analysed and structured to help find practical solutions
• Improvement opportunities and inconsistencies do not go unnoticed – we value people who proactively raise them and contribute their own ideas
• Close collaboration with different teams across Laserhub gives you a broad understanding of how our processes, systems and data connect
• Research and smaller analyses help prepare the groundwork for further CRM and process improvements

Your profile

• You are currently studying at a university or university of applied sciences, or are looking for an internship as part of your studies – your field of study matters less to us than the way you think and work
• Previous experience with CRM systems or HubSpot is not required – everything you need to know can be learned on the job
• New tools, processes and complex topics are understood quickly and approached with curiosity
• A structured, logical and solution-oriented mindset comes naturally to you
• You enjoy digging into topics, understanding how things are connected and finding practical solutions
• Careful and reliable work is important to you, particularly when dealing with data and detailed information
• Proactivity matters to us: instead of waiting for every next step, you enjoy thinking ahead and contributing your own ideas
• Working independently feels comfortable to you, while knowing when to ask questions is just as important
• You feel confident communicating in English in a professional environment
